BECOMING BETTER ORGANIZATIONS

“We are drawn to leaders and organizations that are good at communicating what they believe. Their ability to make us feel like we belong, to make us feel special, safe and not alone is part of what gives them the ability to inspire us.”

– Simon Sinek

If you’d like your team and your organization to thrive and retain high quality, engaged and resilient employees, then you want to intentionally and purposefully work on cultivating a culture in the workplace that employees don’t want to leave. Humans are social animals—we want to feel connected, challenged, and competent. Collectively, between the three of us, we have extensive experience empowering organizations to thrive. We have personally experienced what it feels like to be disconnected from purpose, belonging or connection to our teams. AND, we have also experienced what it feels like to thrive as a whole– to grow vigorously, bloom, succeed!

The Becoming Better Organizations courses, coaching, and keynotes are about a different way of BEing in the workplace. Pulling from research-based practices and strategies from areas of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Social Psychology, the aim of our Becoming Better Organizations courses is to share what we have learned about the process of transformation. We all deserve to live and work in a positive, productive, and healthy environment. Let’s partner together to eliminate toxicity and incivility and cultivate a culture of belonging, engagement, and high performance.
