The Classroom Behavior Lab focuses on equipping educators with strategies and tools to effectively manage classroom behaviors, enhance student engagement, and promote a positive learning environment. Participants will emerge as behavior “specialists” who can identify challenging behaviors, build meaningful relationships, provide logical consequences, and change a student’s behavior. The Classroom Behavior Lab emphasizes a comprehensive approach to behavior management, blending proactive and reactive strategies to create a calm and engaging classroom environment.
